Amazon Area Manager II Operations

Lead Amazon fulfillment operations in Bolton, Ontario, using people leadership and data-driven decisions to protect safety, quality, and delivery performance.

As an Area Manager II, you will oversee up to 80 associates while driving department-level operational improvements. You will coach teams through challenges, develop leadership capabilities, and align daily execution with customer expectations. The work spans planning, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce teams
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
• Diagnose performance gaps using advanced analytics
• Implement scalable process improvements across workflows
• Partner with Quality, Human Resources, and Safety teams

Requirements:

• Two-plus years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or two-plus years of Amazon experience
• Flexible availability for weekends, nights, or holidays
• Experience managing teams of 50 or more preferred
• Performance metrics or process improvement experience preferred
