Production Data Entry Clerk

Production data accuracy drives this computer-based clerk role at Heidelberg Materials, supporting plant systems, inventory records, and operational information daily.

As a Production Data Clerk, you will enter, verify, and maintain high-volume production data. The work includes reviewing counts, production draws, inventory information, Bills of Materials, and production outputs. You will collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain production data in plant systems
• Review counts, production draws, and inventory information
• Confirm Bills of Materials and production output accuracy
• Ensure data flows correctly into billing and operations
• Resolve discrepancies with cross-functional plant and office teams

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry
• Confidence using computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Effective communication with plant and office teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks reliably in production environments
• Titan or similar system experience preferred
