Lethbridge Branch Operations Manager

Lethbridge, Alberta needs an in-office Branch Manager to guide operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

This full-time management position leads a branch serving the heavy equipment and material handling sector. The successful candidate manages operational results, oversees accounts receivable with the Director of Credit Services, and provides market insight. The role also represents the organization through industry associations, conventions, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch-level financial and operational performance
• Achieve asset management and targeted market share objectives
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives
• Manage branch accounts receivable collaboratively
• Promote the branch within its market and industry

Requirements:

• Five or more years of heavy equipment industry experience
• Three to five years of progressively responsible management
• Strong product support and departmental operations knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams
• Post-secondary education considered an asset
