Field Training Specialist Precision Drilling

Deliver field training on-site for Precision Drilling, using equipment knowledge and strong presentation skills to support employees across Canada.

As a Field Trainer with PD Canada LP, you will facilitate orientations and onboarding while developing job-specific instruction for field personnel. The role combines classroom leadership, rig training equipment operation, trainee mentoring, and collaboration with internal and third-party trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding
• Develop job-specific training for field personnel
• Operate rig training equipment
• Update course content with other trainers
• Support Canadian field and shop locations

Requirements:

• Model company values, safety standards, and Life Saving Actions
• Lead classroom setup and facilitation
• Apply field experience and equipment knowledge
• Use Microsoft, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint tools
• Hold a high school diploma and valid driver’s license
