Job description
Coordinate complex IT programs across interdependent projects, third-party suppliers, and senior stakeholders as a Senior Project Manager. Use strong planning, communication, and issue-resolution skills to maintain delivery control.
This assignment requires experience managing large, multi-year, multi-tier projects and programs. You will integrate plans and schedules across multiple teams, monitor costs and risks, and support decisions through briefing materials. The work also covers client expectations, vendor deliverables, communications, readiness, and transition planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs containing multiple highly interdependent projects
- Integrate schedules involving teams and third-party suppliers
- Manage vendor deliverables, acceptance processes, risks, and issues
- Prepare briefing materials, issue notes, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate communications, learning, development, and field readiness
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects
- Strong negotiation, mediation, influencing, and consulting skills
- Experience with project cost, resource, schedule, and scope management
- Experience preparing senior management reports and presentations
