Mining Mechanical Director: Surface & Underground Ops

Matrix Mechanical is seeking a proven mining mechanical leader to advance our maintenance capabilities across surface and underground operations. You’ll partner with the General Manager, Mechanical to guide field teams, improve reliability, and grow our mechanical work with clients on remote sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring of Supervisors and mechanics, and developing strong client relationships while delivering measurable improvements in availability and downtime.
