Save-On-Foods is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Meat, at its Langley-Downtown location. You will assist with leading team members, communicate important messages, and support Always Customer First service. The position also involves stock counts, training, performance management, and identifying future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leading, coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Foster Always Customer First service across the department
• Engage team members through training and development
• Communicate important messages with the team
• Take counts of the correct amount of stock

Requirements:

• Open availability for 40 hours per week
• Food Safe Certification
• Previous retail or customer service experience considered an asset
• Passion for great food and outstanding customer service
