Licensed EAP Network Provider Needed

ComPsych is seeking licensed EAP Network Providers to offer essential counseling services. Support local employees through effective, in-person mental health care in your community.
In this pivotal role, ComPsych invites licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program. As an EAP Network Provider, you will deliver client-centered counseling focused on practical solutions. Address various concerns, including stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, while ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client-specific short-term counseling through in-person sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for clients
• Help clients manage workplace stress and personal challenges
• Maintain compliance with documentation and ethical standards
• Engage in the referral and case management processes
Requirements:
• A Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
• At least 3 years clinical experience after master’s
• Highest level of professional certification required
• Professional liability insurance must be current
• Provide an updated CV or resume to apply
