Position Summary

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for educating clinicians and sales representatives on the effective use of our medical products. This role is critical to ensuring our products are utilized optimally to improve patient outcomes and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and educate diverse audiences. When not actively conducting training sessions, the Clinical Trainer will contribute to the development of clinical education materials, including instructional videos, training documents, presentations, and webinars. They will collaborate with the clinical team to create engaging and impactful resources that support both internal staff and external customers.

This position is Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive clinical training programs for clinicians and sales representatives on product use, clinical applications, and patient benefits
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert (SME) for the product portfolio, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and advancements
• Provide live, virtual, and hands-on product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Academy, and Product teams to support customer education and sales initiatives
• Support sales efforts by providing clinical expertise during client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
• Monitor, assess, and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance insights
• Enhance patient outcomes and demonstrate clinical value across the product portfolio
• Promote the entire Savaria product line, supporting the company’s solutions-based patient care approach
• Partner with the Academy team to develop patient care courses, including videos, documents, and digital learning tools
• Influence clinical education, policies, and best practices through engagement with associations and key opinion leaders across North America
• Travel extensively (approximately 50%), including overnight travel, with no international travel restrictions
