Collections Specialist

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year
Benefits: Great benefits package We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our growing clienst Finance team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B collections experience and strong Intermediate excel. Key Responsibilities

• Contact B2B customers to collect overdue invoices and manage outstanding accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Work with Sales and internal departments to resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reporting.
• Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections.
• Strong B2B collections experience is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Experience with third-party customer payment portals is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
