Commercial and Farm Broker

Our client is seeking a Commercial & Farm Insurance Broker to join a busy team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. This is a hybrid role, you’ll take on a portion of an established book and support a mix of commercial and farm clients ranging from hobby farms to larger, more complex operations.

Compensation

• Base salary based on experience between $60,000–$75,000, negotiable

Responsibilities

• Service, quote, and advise commercial and farm clients (property, auto, farm risks)
• Manage relationships across an existing book of business
• Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day client support
• Support walk-in clients and collaborate closely with the team
• Contribute to new business through relationship management and community presence

Qualifications

• Must have Alberta insurance license Level 1, Level 2 preferred
• Commercial insurance brokerage experience
• Farm insurance experience strongly preferred
• Ideally 3–5 years experience across commercial property, commercial auto, and farm
• EPIC experience is a strong asset
• Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills
• Comfortable working from the Wetaskiwin office on required in-office days
