Our banking client is seeking a Senior SAP QA Lead Analyst to lead S4 upgrade testing using SAP ERP testing and QA methodologies [-97]
Join a large-scale SAP S4 upgrade initiative within the financial services sector. This role leads end-to-end SAP ERP testing activities across integrated environments, collaborating with SAP application teams, QA Analysts, and project stakeholders to define testing scope, develop test strategies, and execute testing cycles. The position offers significant involvement in upgrade testing, automation scenario identification, and quality assurance delivery for enterprise SAP systems.

Must Haves
- 10-15+ years of hands-on SAP ERP, S4 functional, testing, or development experience
- 5+ years delivering Agile or Waterfall SAP projects
- 2+ years supporting SAP upgrade testing, including test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts
- Hands-on execution of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Unit Testing, and Smoke Testing
- Excellent documentation skills for test scope, test plans, test cases, and test summaries
Nice to Have
- Experience with testing tools and integrators such as Tosca Tricentis, Tosca Qtest, Playwright, Jira, and ServiceNow
- SAP Change Impact Analysis
- QA Governance and Sustainment
- Banking QA experience
Responsibilities
- Lead S4 upgrade testing activities in collaboration with senior SAP QA Analysts and Managers
- Manage delivery activities from other QA Analysts
- Collaborate with SAP application teams and project stakeholders to define testing scope
- Analyze business requirements to determine testability and identify automation testing opportunities
- Develop testing strategies, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for all testing stages
- Perform end-to-end testing in highly integrated environments using constructive and destructive test cases
- Ensure quality and completeness of testing deliverables
