Temporary Treasury Analyst

• Manage daily cash positioning file including spot FX purchases and requesting Account Transfers to balance accounts

• Update Metal file and maintain continuity based on gold sales and site shipments

• Review monthly calculations for steaming settlements

• Maintain Masbate Master Bullion schedule {may transition to site at some point}

• Review Refiner invoices {may transition to site at some point}

• Provide support to Accounting team for daily transactions and reconciliations

• Ensure all corporate metal sales and FX confirmations are signed and promptly sent to the bank

• Initiate transfer letters to the refiners to settle metal on spot sales

• Prepare offshore invoices for cash calls

• Input data into Axedras

• Ad hoc requests required for audit and/or SOX purposes
