Job description
Tasks
- Program, set up, and optimize 3- to 5-axis CNC milling machines to ensure the production of high-precision parts;
- Prepare setups, select appropriate tooling, and plan machining operations according to technical specifications;
- Perform machine start-ups and ensure the efficient launch of new manufacturing projects;
- Set up, program, and operate multi-axis machining centers while meeting quality and productivity standards;
- Analyze existing programs and recommend improvements to increase operational performance, quality, and efficiency;
- Provide technical support to production by making required adjustments and sharing expertise with operators;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization projects;
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- DEP in Machining Techniques, DEC in Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant training;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer specializing in milling;
- Strong knowledge of FeatureCAM and/or ESPRIT software;
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and complex tolerances;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize manufacturing processes.
