MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE | Part Time

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Marketing Representative to support agency growth, client retention, and community engagement. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, support marketing initiatives, manage social media activities, and provide administrative and billing assistance to help deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate customer service.
• Promote Desjardins digital tools and services to clients.
• Contact clients to obtain marketing consents in compliance with privacy requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns and generate home and auto insurance opportunities.
• Maintain and manage agency social media accounts.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
• Update and maintain accurate client and prospect records in agency systems.
• Create and manage prospect profiles.
• Support general administrative and clerical activities.
• Assist with other agency duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and computer systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or insurance is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
