Role:Community Engagement Program Manager
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid)
Job Summary
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC.
- Organize meetings, governance forums, leadership reviews, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Consolidate program data and prepare executive-ready MBR reports, PowerPoint presentations, and communications.
- Support implementation, training, adoption, and user support for Community & Regulatory Risk Assessment tools.
- Track tool adoption, milestones, feedback, budgets, spending, forecasts, and program deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Identify process improvements, document lessons learned, and support change management initiatives.
- Requires 5+ years of project/program/operations management experience with strong stakeholder and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills required; Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, sustainability, or risk management experience preferred.
