Our consumer business services client is seeking a Entry-Level Technician (1+ years) to support hardware removals and asset tracking using ServiceNow and Excel

Join a team supporting high-priority hardware removal initiatives across multiple sites within a consumer business environment. This role focuses on hardware pickups, asset tracking, ticket updates, and basic hardware checks while travelling between locations throughout the day. The contract is confirmed through January with an immediate start requirement.

Contract: Edmonton, Onsite

Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
• 1+ years using Excel and Office/M

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow experience
• Entry-level or junior technical background

Responsibilities

• Drive to client sites to pick up hardware
• Update pickup tickets in ServiceNow
• Log assets in Excel
• Perform basic hardware checks on collected equipment
• Complete data wiping using the client’s internal tool
• Travel between locations using a rented van
