  • Drive execution across the executive and multiple stakeholders, ensuring priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
  • Provide the structure, analysis, frameworks, and operational rigor required to move critical initiatives forward.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead internal teams and external partners through complex workstreams, ensuring strategic projects remain aligned, resourced, and on track.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities, develop solutions, and support timely decision-making.

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with a background in management consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate strategy, corporate finance or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organization, judgement, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and use of AI.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to support critical business deadlines, including extended hours when required.
  • Experience within private equity-backed organizations, high-growth companies, or multi-business unit enterprises strongly preferred.

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US

  • Work closely with some of the brightest innovators in quantum technologies to drive breakthroughs that redefine computing
  • Enjoy a fast-paced and fun environment where you can try new things while solving innovative challenges every day
  • Inclusive company culture that values collaboration
  • Regular social events and fun activities keep our global team connected
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, stock options, and relocation assistance for global talent
  • Comprehensive benefits including extended health, dental, life, long term disability, an employee assistance program, parental leave top-ups, and a flexible spending account
