Description:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in scheduling service appointments with clarity and professionalism
Manage the appointment calendar efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity
Communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or deposits for scheduled services
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience; Maintain detailed records of appointments, customer interactions, and service history for future reference

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is preferred; Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand repair processes and communicate effectively with technicians; Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to client interactions; Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency; Experience in sales or promoting automotive repair services is a plus; Cash handling experience to manage payments accurately and securely
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
