The Opportunity

Do you have experience in highway, heavy civil, or municipal construction? Does the challenge of moving rock and dirt, building roads and municipal systems, and delivering projects safely and efficiently alongside a diverse team make your clock tick?

We’re seeking a motivated Civil Project Coordinator with a background in civil construction and / or engineering who is ready to jump-start their career with a company that has a long-standing history in BC roadbuilding. With a diverse fleet of equipment, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth, you’ll play a valuable role in projects that make a difference in communities across the province.

As a Civil Project Coordinator, you’ll support the successful execution of civil construction projects by coordinating site activities, assisting with surveying and inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with field teams and leadership to keep projects running smoothly and safely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.

This role is based out of Kelowna, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects on a rotational schedule. If you are positive, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the civil construction industry, this could be the role for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and develop project schedules.
• Perform quality control assessments and project inspections.
• Compile and complete reports.
• Assist Project superintendent with crew supervision.
• Perform other labour duties as required by management.
• Assist with site surveying and quantities.
