Description
- Lead Business and Functional Requirements, Epics, and User Stories for complex Corporate Action initiatives
- Drive Product Backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization
- Lead Data Modelling, Mapping across vendors and internal feeds
- Data Mining, Profiling, Transformation, and advanced SQL validation
- Work closely with stakeholders – Clients across lines of businesses, Operational partners, IT, PMO
- Drive interface strategy and design - Web GUI / API
- Lead engagements with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External)
- Define and govern Golden Copy rules and vendor source hierarchy logic
- Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and AI-ready data use cases
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, user training, and release governance
- Working with senior stakeholders - clients and business partners to capture business and product requirements
- Validation and testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager in a relevant industry (, Financial Services, Technology
- 5+ years experience in requirements management tools (, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with process modeling tools (, Visio).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL and Oracle is often beneficial.
- Experience with business process reengineering, business systems development, and modern system architectures (Cloud, APIs)
- Proficiency in data analysis, and understanding of data models
- Strong analytical skills, with extensive experience in documenting functional/technical specifications, epics, and user stories
- Experience in Master or Reference Data space
