Our public sector client is seeking a Business Data Analyst (5+ years) to support data analytics, reporting, and business process improvement using data visualization and information systems
Join a public sector team supporting strategic business improvement initiatives across multiple business units. This role focuses on business process analysis, data analytics, reporting, performance measurement, and information systems development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. The position supports business users with actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve decision-making and service delivery. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and business data solution implementation.

Must Haves
- 5+ years supporting Data analytics, reporting, performance measurement initiatives, and developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decision-making.
- Experience analyzing Business Processes and developing information system solutions
- Experience with Data Visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Experience managing and implementing Information Systems and software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, business, engineering, or equivalent combination of training and experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with AMANDA7 software
- Experience managing housing data in a public sector environment

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and assess business requirements
