This initial period will allow us to ensure a mutual fit for both our family and the right candidate before discussing any potential long-term arrangements. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced: Proven experience caring for infants and a genuine passion for early childhood development. Qualified: Knowledgeable in safe sleep practices, infant soothing techniques, and nocturnal care routines. Key Attributes: Highly patient, exceptionally reliable, and possesses a warm, nurturing attitude to help our little one thrive. Primary Responsibilities: Managing overnight feedings and gentle burping.Handling diaper changes efficiently to keep the baby comfortable. Monitoring the baby closely to ensure a safe, secure sleeping environment throughout the night. Position Details: Compensation: $17.60 per hour. Duration: 1 to 7 nights (Trial Phase). Flexibility: A degree of flexibility is highly valued, as exact nightly schedules or occasional additional hours may be discussed during the trial.
