Job description
Adecco is hiring several Picker-Packers for full-time opportunities in Ajax, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, RF scanning, and order fulfillment.
As a Picker Packer, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced team environment, and taking pride in accuracy and productivity, we'd love to hear from you.

Light Picker/Packer Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and picking carts.
- Sort, scan, and place products into designated bins accurately.
- Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy and support inventory control activities.
- Assist with warehouse organization and general labour tasks as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Light Picker/Packer Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of warehouse, distribution centre, order picking, packing, or general labour experience.
- Experience using RF scanners is considered an asset.
- Experience performing inventory counts or cycle counts is considered an asset.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
