Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant (CCA)
Department: Nursing Services
Purpose: To provide resident-centered personal care and support that promotes residents' dignity, safety, comfort, independence, and quality of life within a long-term care setting, in accordance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a long-term care environment and requires frequent lifting, transferring, repositioning, pushing, pulling, bending, and prolonged standing and walking while providing resident care. Successful candidates must be able to safely assist residents with varying levels of mobility and cognitive ability.
