310T / 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic – Mobile Field Tech (Take-Home Truck)
Pay: $50.00 – $55.00/hour + $2.00/hour On-Call Premium + Overtime

Summer Schedule: Mon–Thurs 6am–4pm Fri 6am–12pm (Half-day Fridays)
Winter Schedule: 12-hr storm shift rotations (Pre-approved OT, zero winter lay

Responsibilities
50/50 split: Central shop diagnostics/overhauls + GTA field calls
Gear: CAT, Komatsu, John Deere earthmoving (excavators, loaders, dozers, pavers) + tri-axle dump trucks & winter plows
Tools: CAT SIS and Jaltest diagnostics, hydraulic overhauls, electrical troubleshooting, MTO safeties
Qualifications
Valid 310T or 421A license
Valid driver's license with clean abstract
4+ years diagnosing heavy diesel trucks, civil iron, or equipment
