What you will be doing:
Health & Safety Leadership
Serve as the primary HSE resource for assigned branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Support managers, supervisors, and employees in implementing and maintaining ATS Traffic's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, engagement, and visible leadership.
Provide practical guidance on hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Support operational leaders in achieving safety objectives and performance targets.
What you must have:
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety (Diploma preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Health & Safety experience.
Experience supporting multiple locations, branches, or geographic regions.
Experience conducting workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Experience supporting or managing COR audit programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience using contractor compliance and prequalification platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba occupational health and safety legislation.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with an acceptable driver's abstract.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00
