Position Overview:
This is a fully in-person role based in Sarnia, Ontario.
Working as the Repair Coordinator at our fast-paced, customer-focused collision repair shop, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for every customer. You will serve as the vital link between our customers and production team, keeping communication clear, timely, and compassionate throughout the repair process.
Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, coordinate repairs efficiently, and keep customers informed will help turn a stressful and unexpected situation into a positive experience.
