Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable Lot Attendant to maintain our sales lot and showroom. As a key player in presentability and inventory management, you will ensure our pre-owned inventory is properly arranged, spotless, and ready for display or customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle & Lot Management: Move, park, and organize vehicles efficiently across the lot and showroom to maintain an appealing visual layout.
Vehicle Transport: Safely pick up and drop off vehicles at designated off-site locations, partner facilities, or detailing bays.
Detailing & Reconditioning: Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, test drives, and sales floor display.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual inspections on incoming and lot vehicles for visible damage or issues (e.g., flat tires) and report them promptly to the sales team.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free environment across the showroom, lot, and customer-facing areas.
Customer Interaction: Greet visitors professionally upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate sales team member.
Sales Support: Assist the sales and management team with miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Skills & Attributes: Strong team player, attention to detail, passion for cars, and a professional attitude.
