Job description
Our client is looking for Sr Business Analyst for utility infrastructure related initiatives -
1 year contract, 40 hrs work week, Prefer hybrid in Burnaby, will consider remote out of the province.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Approximately 11+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business support, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing and creating business documentation.
- Experience supporting telecommunications infrastructure or utility-related initiatives or SMI (Smart Metering Infrastructure)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio, including process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong experience with SharePoint, including creating and maintaining lists and related content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with process improvement, operational readiness, or business transformation projects.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise documentation standards and governance practices.
