Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Business System Analysts with strong Payments Domain expertise to support Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking Requirements8+ years of experience as a Business/System AnalystStrong experience in Payments TechnologyHands-on knowledge of:Wire PaymentsACH/EFTReal-Time Payments (RTP)SWIFTISO 20022Cross-border and domestic payment processingExperience gathering and documenting business and system requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsBanking or financial services industry experience is mandatoryExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferredResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsWork closely with Product Owners, Development teams, and Business stakeholdersSupport payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiativesParticipate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities
