Cleaner – Job DescriptionWe are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services for our clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service.


Cleaners will work at various client locations and complete assignments based on scheduling, location, client requirements, and service needs.


What You Will Do


  • Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standards and client expectations.

  • Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and general cleaning.

  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

  • Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and client instructions.

  • Properly and safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, supervisors, and team members.

  • Report damages, maintenance concerns, supply needs, or special client requests promptly.

  • Complete assigned services accurately and within the expected timeframe.

  • Confirm completion of assignments as required.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company.

Who We Are Looking For


  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred.

  • Reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to providing quality service.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent cleaning standards.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and company standards.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Professional, respectful, and client-focused attitude.

  • Physically able to perform the duties required for cleaning assignments.

Transportation


  • Applicants with their own reliable vehicle are welcome to apply.

  • Applicants without a personal vehicle may also be considered depending on assignment location and transportation availability.

  • Transportation arrangements and requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

  • Assignments will be matched based on location, scheduling, and transportation availability.

Requirements


  • Smartphone with reliable internet access.

  • Ability to complete required identity and background verification.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods.

  • Reliable transportation to assigned locations is preferred.

  • Ability to safely handle cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

  • Cleaning supplies may be required for certain assignments.

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
