General Labourer

GENERAL LABOURER – OUTDOOR EVENT SET-UP & TEAR-DOWNWe are currently hiring General Labourers for a short-term outdoor event assignment in Cavendish, PE. Successful candidates will assist with event set-up, site maintenance, and tear-down while helping prepare and maintain the event grounds. This position is performed entirely outdoors and work will continue in all weather conditions.THE JOB

• Assist with setting up and dismantling event infrastructure
• Move and install temporary fencing
• Collect garbage and maintain clean work areas
• Cut grass and perform basic landscaping
• Pressure wash designated areas
• Move furniture and equipment
• Install signage throughout the site
• Complete other general labour duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Transportation to get to a worksite in Cavendish for each shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full assignment
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses & gloves
• Gloves (recommended)
