What You’ll Do


•Launch Support: Set up, organize, and optimize a new facility.

•Material Handling: Safely operate equipment to move, stack, and store inventory.

•Daily Operations: Keep work zones clean and partner with the team to hit production targets.

What We’re Looking For


•Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics; 1+ year operating Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkies.

•Certifications: Active external licenses for Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie.

•Requirements: Immediate availability for launch, reliable personal transport, and strong attendance.

•Mindset: Commitment to safety and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities
•Safely operate a Reach Truck, walkie and dock stocker to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
•Perform precise put-away and retrieval of pallets in narrow-aisle, high-racking systems.
•Use RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all product counts are 100% accurate.
•Transport goods from the receiving dock to their proper storage locations efficiently.
•Perform quick, daily safety inspections on your Reach Truck before your shift starts.




Qualifications
•Valid Reach Truck/Dock stocker/ Walkie Forklift license
•At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience driving a Reach Truck/Walkie/dock stocker in a busy warehouse environment.
•Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
•Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and maintaining focus during high-rack maneuvers.
•Ready to commit to a steady, long-term role.
