Our consumer retail client is seeking a Intermediate QA Analyst (5+ years) to execute Salesforce Loyalty Cloud testing and automated regression testing using Tricentis Testim/TTA and Tosca

Join a newly formed Membership Technology team building an exclusive membership program focused on long-term customer engagement and sustainable rewards initiatives. This role supports integration and end-to-end testing across Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and complex integrated projects, including backend and API testing through Postman. The position offers exposure to automation, release readiness, regression planning, and cross-functional collaboration across product and technology teams.

6 month Contract, Vancouver or Remote, Working Hours: PST

Must Haves

• 5+ years in software testing and QA
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud
• API testing, Postman, and integration testing experience
• Jira, qTest, TestRail, Git, and CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tricentis test automation tools like Testim/TTA and Tosca
• Understanding of test strategy development and organizational quality practices

Responsibilities

• Participate in test strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and integrated projects
• Execute integration and end-to-end testing across multiple products
• Assess and communicate product and project risks
• Perform backend and API testing through Postman
• Build test designs and automation code
• Participate in release readiness, regression planning, and quality gates
• Design and execute automated regression tests using Tricentis Testim/TTA and Tosca
