At Chandos, we hire construction Superintendents who set the standard - technically strong, safety focused, forecasting experts that are proficient in technology and exceptional at leading people and projects. We have open roles currently but we also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Compensation Transparency
The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
