Shipping Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Shipping and Staging teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Concord, ON

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Shift: 7:30AM to 4:00PM

What's the Job?

• Process international shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain and monitor all activities related to Shipping and Staging
• Ensure daily targets are met consistently
• Utilize SAP software to manage shipping operations
• Support team members through backup and cross-training initiatives

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes
• Experience with SAP is required
• Good proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
