The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the near and long-term strategy for enterprise marketing technology, client-facing AI, and digital shared services. This includes overseeing the design and championing of key MarTech measures, owning the client-facing AI effort, and partnering with various teams to ensure the responsible and ethical deployment of these capabilities. The role also involves guiding global digital marketing, brand strategy, and creative excellence, as well as leading a multi-disciplinary team to achieve measurable business outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a business-minded marketing background with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong depth of experience in data-driven marketing, digital marketing, MarTech, AI-enabled client experiences, and brand development. Superior influencing, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to work across various enterprise functions to deliver complex programs. The role requires a leader with a strong and mature leadership style, capable of managing a large, multi-disciplinary team and fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous development.
