Horizon School Division is committed to engaging and empowering all learners and prioritizes strong instruction, response to intervention, and wellness. Vauxhall High School Vauxhall High School is in the town of Vauxhall, Alberta. Our 24 staff provide service to approx. 200 students (65% of which are in high school) from Vauxhall and area. We also provide instruction for complimentary courses to the Horizon Mennonite Alternative Program (HMAP). VHS hosts an elite high school baseball academy (VAB). The staff work great together and have great relationships with students, parents, and the community. 0.50 FTE Temporary Teacher- Grade 7 core subjects and possibly an Option class. Assignment includes - Assignment includes grade 7 core subjects and possibly a junior high option (determined by experiences and strengths of the successful candidate). We are looking for a junior high generalist. Vauxhall Junior and Senior High School is seeking an energetic and dynamic teacher that makes positive connections with students, parents, and staff. The successful applicant will be a teacher that positively contributes toward many different aspects of the school. This is a temporary part- time position for the first semester.
