Salary/Rate Range: $143,446 - $179,308 + AMAZING Benefits!
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days on site and 3 days worked from home
The ideal candidate will bring significant senior-level experience within enterprise risk, governance, compliance, AML, audit, or related risk functions within a regulated financial services environment. Experience within the credit union or broader banking sector would be particularly valuable.
We are looking for someone who can operate effectively at both the strategic and hands-on levels — someone comfortable advising executives and the Board while also getting into the details of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, reporting, and controls.
What you will be doing:
Provides enterprise-wide leadership in governance, risk management, compliance, and reporting
Works closely with the Credit team through a dotted-line relationship to support oversight and risk management activities
