Recognized in the local market, the team is focused on delivering a strong tenant and resident experience through lasting relationships andprehensive property management services.Your New RoleThe Junior Property Manager will manage amercial portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet across Metro Vancouver, including office, retail, and industrial properties. You will support the portfolio’s day-to-day operations, administration, and overall performance while helping ensure a seamless tenant experience. This role also involves working closely with the leasing and accounting teams and serving as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and on-site property teams.What you’ll need to succeed

• BCFSA Rental License, or working towardpletion, is considered an asset.
• 4+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Junior Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager supportingmercial properties.
• Experience using Yardi is an asset.
• Knowledge of themercial Tenancy Act.
• A valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
