At SIROY, we are looking for carpenters, apprentices, or journeymen who love their craft, are proud of their work, and want to participate in projects where quality of execution truly matters.
Here, our carpenters work on our own projects and gain experience in many aspects of the trade.
There's no question of doing the exact same task all year round.
Depending on the projects and your level of experience, you could work on:
Our teams often follow a project through several stages of its completion. You will therefore develop a more complete understanding of construction and continue to progress in your trade. The ideal candidate: Whether you are an apprentice or a journeyman, we are primarily looking for the right attitude on the construction site. You are someone who: is reliable and ready to work; likes to do a clean and thorough job; respects plans and details; works well in a team; communicates when there is a problem occurs;
wants to learn, progress, and take on responsibilities.
Are you a journeyman? We value your autonomy, experience, and ability to share your knowledge.
Are you an apprentice? We don't expect you to know everything. We want someone who listens, asks questions, and wants to learn the trade properly. Projects that make you proud of your job SIROY is a general contractor and primarily undertakes new construction and major renovations, from Montreal to Mont-Tremblant. We regularly work on high-end homes and architectural projects that demand precision and attention to detail. We collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers, and SIROY is certified Passivhaus and Novoclimat. For us, it reflects one thing above all: : We value how a building is constructed and the details that make the difference.
We want clean, organized construction sites and a team that communicates.
When there's a problem, we talk about it and fix it. When something needs to be done better, we redo it.
