Senior Guidewire QA Analyst – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire QA Analyst with strong functional and automation testing expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, SQL-based backend validation, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Guidewire applications.
  
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
  
• Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
  
• Perform defect logging, tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination using JIRA or similar tools.
  
• Communicate testing issues and risks effectively to development, business, and client stakeholders.
  
• Develop and execute test automation using Selenium and Tosca.
  
• Automate business-critical testing scenarios using functional automation frameworks.
  
• Perform SQL/PL-SQL-based backend validation, database testing, and data reconciliation.
  
• Work within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
  
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.
  
• Conduct demos and support client-facing testing activities.
  
• Escalate testing risks, issues, and blockers as required.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Strong Guidewire testing experience.
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)
    
  • Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)
    
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)
    
• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  
• Experience with Selenium and/or Tosca and functional test automation frameworks.
  
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.
  
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
  
• Strong test documentation and defect management experience.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
  
• Strong understanding of Guidewire business processes.
  
• Experience working directly with clients, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams.
