This Secretary 2 role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced public service environment, providing administrative support, and assisting clients with inquiries and application processes. The right person will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while supporting an important provincial program transition.
What you'll do
Provide administrative support for the Food Safety Program, including processing permits, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients, businesses, and members of the public regarding food safety services.
Deliver front-line customer service and support regional operations while the Department of Agriculture completes the transition and implementation of a permanent service model in the Sydney area.
