Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige in Oegstgeest

Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben jij de drijvende kracht achter kwalitatief goede en toekomstbestendige zorg. Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van zorg, coördineert verpleegkundige processen en ondersteunt collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Ook zorg je voor een eenduidige manier van werken op de locatie. Jij
coacht en begeleidt collega's op de werkvloer, je helpt ze reflecteren om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee te zoeken naar mogelijkheden om uitdagingen op te lossen zorg je voor onderlinge samenwerking, ook afdelingoverstijgend stimuleert een lerende cultuur binnen de teams signaleert verbeterkansen en start samen met collega's kleinschalige verbetertrajecten adviseert teamleiders over kwaliteit van zorg samen met collega kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen en met de teams zorg je ervoor dat bewoners iedere dag de best mogelijke zorg ontvangen. Wij bieden
een vast contract, voor 28 tot 36 uur per week een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, FWG-schaal 50 afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring minimaal € 3.502,- en maximaal € 4.822,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn diverse studiemogelijkheden je werkt doordeweekse diensten en je bent bereid incidenteel avond- en/of weekenddiensten te werken. Jij bent een ervaren verpleegkundige die toe is aan de volgende stap. Je kunt goed overstijgend denken en hebt aantoonbare ervaring met kwaliteitverbetertrajecten. Bij Van Wijckerslooth wonen 160 bewoners met een intensieve zorgvraag. Aan hen lever je passende zorg, in een dynamische en uitdagende omgeving. Met de drie somatische afdelingen, twee PG-afdelingen en de uitdagende sociaal geriatrische afdeling hoef je je in Van Wijckerslooth nooit te vervelen. De woongroepen zijn verspreid over verschillende etages en vleugels van het gebouw, met in het hart een prachtig restaurant waar bewoners en collega's gebruik van kunnen maken.
