PROJECT MANAGER, CONTRACT POSITION (~ 12 months)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to provide contract-based support to our senior management team. This role will be key in ensuring project timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track while also providing critical follow-up and communication support across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure progress against milestones.
· Act as a point of coordination between executives, directors, and team members to maintain alignment.
· Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver services aligned with business needs and to the standards expected by the organization.
· Proactively identify risks and issues, ask the right questions, and propose solutions to keep projects moving forward.
· Support executive leaders with follow-up on action items, ensuring accountability across teams.
· Facilitate clear and professional communication—both written and verbal—with multiple stakeholders.
· Provide concise project updates and reports to leadership as needed.
· Ensure documentation and project information is organized and accessible.
Qualifications & Skills
· 5+ years of proven experience in project management (contract experience is an asset).
· Experience with supporting / managing multiple projects at the same time (both technology implementations and non-technology projects) *Additional technical support will be provided*
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with experience engaging with Director and Executive-level leaders.
· Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
· Skilled in fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships across diverse teams.
· Comfortable working independently while keeping leadership informed and aligned.
· Proficiency with project management tools.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Contract Details
· ~ 12-month contract position, full-time
· Flexible hours with availability during core business times (Eastern Standard Time) to coordinate with leadership.
· Remote.
