Overview
Leon’s is currently looking for a self-motivated Full-Time Customer Care Supervisor to ensure that customers receive excellent after-sales service, to oversee vendor relations, to ensure that all open files are maintained, that reports are run, and appropriate actions are taken and to ensure that associates adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellence in customer service by supervising daily customer service operations and reviewing staff performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff through coaching, goal setting, and performance appraisals.
- Assign duties, assist with scheduling, and ensure established service procedures are followed.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and offer timely solutions.
- Coordinate customer service activities with other departments to support smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a high level of data entry accuracy and review service records with minimal errors.
- Prepare or review service reports, records, and other documentation as required.
- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with all Leon’s policies, procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
