We are looking for a Store Manager based out of our Village Green Mall location in Vernon, BC. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team Who You Are You’re a values-driven leader who brings intention, passion, and authenticity to everything you do.
