This Installer / Merchandising Associate role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a hands-on retail environment, solving store setup, fixture installation, and merchandising challenges, and working within a fast-paced setting where teamwork, safety, and quality execution are essential. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their experience in construction, general labor, merchandising, warehouse operations, or retail fixture installation.What You'll Do

• Install and assemble retail fixtures, shelving, racking, displays, and signage using hand and power tools.
• Set merchandise according to planograms, stock shelves, build product displays, and complete store resets.
• Move materials and fixtures throughout the store while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule while following safety standards and quality expectations.

What You'll Bring

• Experience using power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.) and basic hand tools.
• Comfortable performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, warehouse, general labor, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow layouts, assembly instructions, and planograms.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
