Operations Engineer

A&A Trading Ltd. is seeking an Operations Engineer to join our growing Operations Group. You’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and gain exposure to every aspect of our business—from forestry development and road construction to harvesting operations, stakeholder relations, and tenure management. You’ll be involved in the planning, development, and execution of forestry projects across coastal British Columbia. Responsibilities include: Coordinating forestry development projects Supporting harvesting and road-building activities Working with contractors, Indigenous partners, regulators, and operational teams Managing schedules, costs, and project performance Participating in permitting and stakeholder engagement processes Contributing to long-term operational planning Supporting continuous improvement initiatives THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are someone who: Has at least 5 years of coastal forestry experience Wants to broaden your operational experience Enjoys problem solving and decision making Thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership of your work Has the ambition to continue progressing professionally Registration as an RPF or RFT (or eligibility for registration) is required.
